Gary Stubenfoll has been in the remodeling and real estate business in the Bull Shoals lake area since 1988. In 1993, he expanded to spec and custom home building. Since then Stubenfoll Construction has built numerous custom homes of all sizes and styles, garages, decks and complete home renovations.

Gary Stubenfoll was born in Illinois, moved to Bull Shoals, Arkansas in 1974. He has based his business on personal service to his clients from start to finish.

Gary will keep in contact with you on a regular basis regarding status of the project, budget, plus the many details needed to make your dream become a reality.

Stubenfoll Construction is fully insured and a member of the Twin Lakes Home Builders, the Bull Shoals Lake/White River Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and the National Association of Home Builders. Gary is also a licensed realtor consultant, licensed with Beaman Realty since 1988.

Stubenfoll Construction has several custom designed floor plans or will build from your plans. Gary can assist clients with site selection, customized home design, interior design and even landscaping!
