Twin Lake Home Show April 2003
Testimonial from Dec 2002,
For many years, our family has vacationed at Gaston's Trout Resort and enjoyed the natural beauty of the White River and Bull Shoals Lake. As a result, we made the decision to retire in this area and purchased a building site in Bull Shoals. Eventually as we neared retirement, we began the tedious process of selecting a builder for our home. A well constructed, low maintenance, energy efficient home suited for a casual lifestyle was our goal. An experienced contractor who would pay close attention to detail was a must. The builder we selected had to be someone we could not only trust but would understand our needs well enough to make decisions in our absence. We anticipated that this would be a difficult endeavor since we resided in another state.
After making numerous inquires, we obtained the names of several reputable builders in the Bull Shoals area. Upon further inquiry, we consistently heard "if you want the best, talk to Gary Stubenfoll! One couple even told us that they had problems with their builder and "if they ever build again, they would use Gary Stubenfoll." These were pretty solid referrals, so we chose Gary to build our retirement home.
As a builder, Gary has many strong qualities. But one of his strongest is his flexibility. Whether that involves modifying one of his floor plans to suit ones needs or installing a product he has never used before, the outcome is always the same: Quality Craftsmanship. As a result, we have a new home with which we are overwhelmingly satisfied and which will meet out needs as we enter retirement.

After three days of over four hundred people getting a glimpse of the 6,000 square foot home, the response was unbelievable. The comments of Mary's talent for decorating stole the show along with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. |
